In order to do a good job in preventing heatstroke and cooling down for employees, and effectively safeguard the labor safety and health rights of the majority of employees, Shandong Qilu Chemical Textile Co., Ltd. organized the "Sending Coolness to Employees in Summer" heatstroke prevention and cooling comfort activity, and conveyed deep care to frontline workers through practical actions. The company's leaders went deep into the front line of the production and processing workshop, thanking and caring for the workers who persevered in their posts under high temperatures. They sent labor protection items such as Huoxiang Zhengqi, mosquito repellent, and cooling tea to the frontline workers, repeatedly reminding everyone to raise their awareness of summer heatstroke prevention, and to take self-protection measures while ensuring safe production, to ensure that they can be put into work in a better state.

On March 8, 2024, in order to celebrate the 114th International Women's Day, our company held a "Gathering Women's Power to Help Enterprise Development" female employee symposium. This symposium invited representatives of frontline female employees from various positions within the company, including production workers, technical research and development experts, and sales market elites.

On the morning of December 6, 2023, the 2023 China Textile Industry Federation Science and Technology Awards Conference was grandly held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. The project "Key Technologies and Industrialization of High Comfort and Sanitary Hot Air Nonwoven Materials" jointly developed by Shandong Qilu Chemical Textile Co., Ltd. and Tianjin University of Technology's industry university research team has won the second prize of the 2023 China Textile Industry Federation Science and Technology Progress Award.
